Description Michail Vlachopoulos is old Chronis in the film Sweetheart of a shepherdess, directed by Dimitris Tsakiris and Ilias Paraskevas Dimitris Koromilas' pastoral idyll in verse is based on Giannis Zalokostas' poem "I fell in love with a shepherdess", and its theatrical adaptation was repeatedly staged in Athens and the provinces. Tsakiris and Paraskevas' screen version is the first of a series of four screen adaptations.
