Plan americain - Toula Stathopoulou, Giannis Totsikas: the illegitimate lovers embody a contemporary version of the legendary House of Atreus, set in Tymphaia, a village in Ioannina, of archaic ancestry. The film was shot on location at the villages of Vitsa and Monodentri (Zagoria, Epirus) and at Ioannina. It is based on a true story.
