Two Magic Lantern Lenses

Object of unknown construction and origin. No information is recorded on their surfaces. One has a dark orange filter, possibly for ‘special effects’ use. In addition, they have a small focusing ring (copper rod). Also in copper are the casings of the lenses, while the optical bodies themselves are in excellent condition. The base on which the magical lanterns are mounted have holes for three and four screws respectively. Their manufacture dates to the period 1890-1900.
