The notes refer exclusively to the plot of the film by Rainer Werner Fassbinder, which describes the “crisis of a love in a hermetically sealed world of emotions”. After her divorce, the fashion designer Petra von Kant, lives on her own in an elegant apartment loft, with her silent assistant, Marlene. One day, she is introduced to a photomodel called Karin. Petra falls in love with her, and a long and intense bond grows between them until Karin leaves her. Petra falls sick, and when she recovers she is left completely alone as Marlene has abandoned her as well.
