The program refers to the studies of the director in the Experimental Center of Cinematography of Rome, evaluates the film with emphasis on the fact that it was shown at an international festival, that of Venice, and offers a short summary of this “fiction film” about the island of Spinaloga, which “demystifies the disease of leprosy without excesses or purple prose”. It also refers to a freak event at the premier of the film in Kokkinia, with the director present, pointing out the issue of inadequate awareness of the disease of leprosy at that time.
