The program is divided into two parts. The first part presents CELEBRATIONS OF THE 4TH OF AUGUST of M. Dorizas and informs us that it is believed to be the first colored film in Greece. It also mentions that the national celebration of Metaxas can be also presented both from the viewpoint of a tourist and from that of an ethnologist-folklorist. The second part analyses POLITICAL AND WAR FACTS OF GREECE IN THE PERIOD of 1940-45 created by Dorizas presenting again 10 scenes.
