The program which is signed by Aglaїa Mītropoulou explains how the depression of the 7 years of dictatorship awakened many filmmakers in order to film “clearly political films”. Few words on the life and work of the director and information on the fact that “together with Asimakis Gialamas, Katsouridis writes a script where his lessons of good American and Greek comedy (…) are applied perfectly, transforming the misfortunes of the German occupation into a source of laughter and bitter satire”. It appraises the leading actor and comedian Thanasis Veggos as well as the “evolution” of the technique and montage.
