With this film we reach the peak of what is called "spirit of the '60s", which is characterized by the search of liberation from the powers that be, but also from the effort of better expression of the British society. This film is about a rare expression of iconoclastic comedy, with the driving force being its catalytic humor that exercises its subversive power everywhere. However, behind the enjoyable comedy remains the risk of converting a part of the public opinion, which is excluded from the celebration of the liberation, to more conservative solutions.
