Programme of the Cinema Club of Pyrgos. Showing the film "AMARCORD" by Federico Fellini in cooperation with the Hellenic Film Archives. The title of the film means “I remember” in the dialect of the Romagna region where the director was born, and since the film is autobiographical, Fellini recalls and recounts his personal experiences and the climate of the time of fascist Italy with humour and satire through the miscrocosm of his bourgeois family. "A work of aesthetic perfection – filled with humanity, which draws fulsome praise wherever it has been shown”.
