35mm TECNOCINEMA Positive Film Scraper
Made by the Italian company TECNOCINEMA. It’s used in cutting a ‘frame’ of positive film, which it then connects to the other end of the film with the help of a cement splicer, which uses cement instead of adhesive tape.
