16mm YRPNHA Projector

A sturdy model of Russian manufacture from the decade 1960-70, from the company 'YRPNHA'. It doesn’t have a lens, while it ‘reads’ sound as well. The Russian film industry always manufactured movie cameras and projectors as well as high-level optics, lenses, etc - equal to the respective American and European models. In addition, it had exceptional technicians, who introduced models of both movie cameras and projectors which were “creative reproductions” of their respective western originals. For example, this device was based on the aesthetics of the celebrated ‘FILMO’ projector of the American company BELL & HOWELL.
