CINOPHOT Automatic Ooptical Light Meter for Cinematography
CINOPHOT automatic-exposure optical light meter manufactured by DREM Products Corp. - Austria. - It is a type of light meter that uses the human eye to assess the amount of light available. Α combination of filters determines, according to the two ‘rings’ which set the shutter speed and aperture, the correct exposure so that it appears as “optically correct” through the view-finder. Possible date: 1929, designed by Dr. Emil Mayer.
