ΚΙΝΗΜΑΤΟΓΡΑΦΙΚΗ ΛΕΣΧΗ ΤΡΙΚΑΛΩΝ - ΕΥΑ

Program of the Trikala Cinema Club, a branch of the Greek Film Archive. Screening of Joseph Losey’s film "EVE", with Jeanne Moreaux, Stanley Baker and Virna Lisi at “Palace”. Characteristic logo of the Trikala Cinema Club, reference to the fact that this is the 156th screening and an analytical credit. The program begins with the statement that the script is based on James’ Hudley Chase’s novel. Its main theme is the hard fight of a woman, Eve, with men, as she has been sexually abused at the age of 11. In addition to the director, who is handling the topic with "strong expressiveness" and unconventionally, a special mention is made to the musical score by Michel Legrande and the photography of Gianni di Venaggio. The program ends with the presentation of the films that have been yielded by the Greek Film Archive to the Club for free: "THREE SONGS FOR LENIN " by Dziga Vertov "THANASI WHAT HAVE YOU DONE IN THE WAR" by Ntinos Katsouridis "HUAREZ " by Wilhelm Diterle. Finally, it announces the film to be screened on the following Tuesday: "THREE SONGS FOR LENIN ".
